Cathedral Mosque Building Planned to Start in Year End, – Chubarov

Building of the Cathedral mosque in Simferopol is planned to be started in the end of the current year. The first deputy of the chairman of the Medzhlis, Refat Chubarov, informed on it the Crimean Information Agency.

Thus, as he said, before to pass to building, it is necessary to wait of coming into power of the decision of the Economic court of the ARC which satisfied the statement of claim of the Spiritual Management of Muslims of Crimea for allocation of the land area for mosque building.

"The mayor of Simferopol Gennady Babenko declared that he will not appeal. So we wait", Refat Chubarov stated.

He also added, "Most likely, the building will begin in the end of this year".

Thus the vice-president noticed that till this time it is necessary "to create the supervisory board at the Muftiyat and to open accounts on building".

As it was informed earlier, recently the Economic court of the ARC satisfied statement of claim of the SMMC for allocation of the land area for mosque building on Yaltinskaya street.

The president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych charged to the Ministerial council of the ARC to promote the decision of questions of building in Simferopol of the Cathedral mosque.

Sodom and Gomorrah, the Third World biological war, apocalypse… The quantity died of AIDS in the world from the epidemic beginning exceeded 40 million persons. Under the informal data, in Ukraine more than 600 000 persons are infected with HIV, among them approximately 200 000 are officially registered. And the quantity of HIV-infected in Ukraine increases daily. Rates of development of epidemic of HIV are one of the highest in the world. The highest in Ukraine are in the Nikolaev and Odessa areas. In "five" of cities with the biggest quantity of infected are included Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Simferopol and Nikolaev. Involuntarily I ask myself, “Why in Ukraine is the highest rate of increase of the AIDS disease? Why struggle against AIDS is effective only in words and Ukraine by the rates of the AIDS disease goes after the African underdeveloped countries?”

Studying methods of struggle against AIDS, I made some conclusions. One of them - in Ukraine there is no system approach to preventive maintenance of the AIDS disease. We struggle not with the reason, but with consequences, while effective overcoming of epidemic of AIDS consists in struggle against the reasons. Further, I assert that one of principal causes of the AIDS epidemic distribution is corruption in law enforcement bodies. It is easy to trace.

Let us take, for example, spread of drug addiction in Ukraine. In Ukraine it is very easy to get a drug, it is enough to get acquainted with two-three addicts in any area of any city and they will specify you where to buy the drug. There is a question - why the militia does not see and does not pursue drug dealers? Reports about their exposure are met rather rarely. The answer is simple - in Ukraine drug-dealing turned to the big serious business, and our militia stuck to it as to a breast of the mother.

Struggle against drug-dealing is ostentatious and its purpose is to make visibility of struggle and not to do much harm to this business. It reminds special action on conspiracy and correct shielding of drug dealers. Proceeding from the above-stated, I assert that the present struggle against drug-dealing will be the effective decision of problems of distribution of AIDS through injections.

The second factor - morals and education

Last twenty years in our society is imposed the fashion of free love. The free love is propagandized as an integral part of a democratic society, Western culture, and feminism. Porno industry is the active assistant in the statement of this way of life through TV, the Internet, night clubs, etc. So no wonder that growth of venereal diseases and HIV-infection by the way of sexual transmission stuns.

"If before the basic way of transfer was through syringes among narcodependent, nowadays – in 65-68 % of cases – the way of sexual transmission, and now everyone is in risk group", the WHO confirms. I wish to remind that neither Christianity, nor Islam, nor Judaism, nor communistic morals, welcomed free intimate relations between a man and a woman. Everywhere the man is considered to be the head of the family, and the woman - the keeper of home.

"But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. Let the husband render to his wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife doesn’t have authority over her own body, but the husband. Likewise also the husband doesn’t have authority over his own body, but the wife". (Paul's First letter to the Corinthians, 7: 2-4)

That is, at school it is necessary to propagandize this cultural wealth and life rules that will promote essential reduction of chaotic sexual contacts and as consequence AIDS distribution by the way of sexual transmission. Moreover, it is necessary to propagandize immorality of prostitution in every possible way. To change accents from the area of romanticism and easy carefree life of prostitutes, to the area of negative influence of this phenomenon on a society. One of the ways of effective struggle against prostitution is to change responsibility for this duty from administrative to the criminal.

To create educational institutions for such women where they could do their term for prostitution, work and receive a useful for a society profession, not excepting obtaining of high education. Moreover, it is necessary to stop, to condemn in every possible way homosexuality which as a heavenly penalty, let us remind Sodom and Gomorrah, which is accompanied by universal diseases, such as AIDS, and as consequence, of the active form of a cancer – sarcoma of Koshi.

So one of effective positive examples of such a way - toughening of responsibility for infringements of traffic rules. As a result, death rate on roads of our country was reduced to 30 %.

Therefore, no matter how many programs we show about the danger of AIDS on TV, no matter how many actions of help, charitable concerts against AIDS we organized, no matter how many condoms we distributed free of charge - all it will not change qualitatively statistics of decrease of AIDS. All this show is in most cases directed on fund raising of the various charitable organizations, the states, citizens and their plundering.

According to researches, only 8 % of citizens pay attention to social advertising.

Ukraine is on the edge! Not the pandemic of swine flu threatens Ukraine, but the PLAGUE of the twentieth century - AIDS started its clockwork of destruction of the Ukrainian nation.

I address to you my dear fellow citizens, do not stay indifferent. Ukraine needs to be not treated, but rescued.

The Spiritual Management of Muslims of Crimea declared possibility to perform Umra (small pilgrimage to Islamic relics) in May and in a month of Ramadan of the current year.

To go on Umra it is possible through Jordan, the United Arab Emirates or Turkey, departing from Kiev. Trip cost make from 800 to 2000 dollars, depending on the chosen route and residing conditions.

Inquiry. Hajj — pilgrimage in Islam, connected with visiting of Makkah (Mosque Al-Haram) and its vicinities (Arafat mountain, the valley of Mina). It is performed in the months of Shawwal, Zul-Ka'da and first ten days of the month of Zul-Hijja according to lunar calendar. Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam. Performance of Hajj at least once in a life-time is a strict duty of each Muslim which is able to perform it.

Crimean Tatars do not Pose Threat for Ukraine, - Doniy

The Crimean Tatars do not pose threat to the state or the population of Ukraine. And events in Russia connected with explosion in the Moscow underground are an example of how stay in structure where there are enslaved people, can lead to threat of life of the peaceful population. Such an opinion in the comment in connection with explosions in the Moscow underground on March, 29th, 2010, stated the People's Deputy of Ukraine, the member of fraction OU-NS Oles Doniy to the edition For-UA.

"Ukraine is not threatened at all with terrorism, because Ukraine is a tolerant country. In Ukraine there are no separatist movements which would try to be disconnected from our country. But events in the neighbor state is an example of how stay in structure where there are enslaved people, can lead to threat of life of peaceful population", Doniy noted, having added that, "it is the telling argument for those state officials who wish to lose the Ukrainian sovereignty and wish to drag Ukraine into a new model of the Russian empire or the Soviet Union".

In opinion of the people's deputy, it is necessary to remember that, "they behind personal mercantile interests are ready to throw Ukraine and our fellow citizens into stranger conflicts, to threaten with terrorism".

Except actually act of terrorism, the people's deputy also commented on possible insinuations concerning the persons who are practicing Islam in Ukraine, and in Crimea in particular, "As to Crimea there ethnic groups connected with Islam, that is the Crimean Tatars, are patriotic to the Ukrainian state and do not pose any threat to the state or the population".

"Moreover, the Crimean-Tatar liberation movement in the Soviet Union was an example of carrying out of peaceful actions of a nonviolent resistance movement, and all slander not only does not represent the facts, but also offends the people", Oles Doniy considers.

"In Crimea there is a display of a different separatism which is not connected with Islam and the Crimean Tatars. Here we speak about the Russian nationalism which is warmed up from the outside and is directed on separation of Crimea in favor of Russia", the people's deputy noticed.

Let us remind that when in the morning on March, 29th, in Moscow at the underground-stations "Lubyanka" and "Culture Park" with an interval in 45 minutes took place explosions, Russian active workers of Crimea started to panic and decided to take advantage of the commonly-compressed situation in the world, having made rash statements about the Medzhlis of the Crimean-Tatar people.

The Crimean republican organization of a party "Russian Block" demands to forbid activity of the Medzhlis immediately.

The organization active addressed to the President of Ukraine,Victor Yanukovych, the Prime Minister of the country, Nikolay Azarov, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Anatoly Mogilev, with the request to take measures "on suppression of anti-lawful and antisocial activity of an illegal grouping "kurultay-medzhlis" to eliminate one of possible sources of terrorism in Crimea and not to admit tragedy which shook Russia and the whole world on March, 29th, 2010".

Yanukovych - Descendant of Lithuanian Tatars of Khan Tohtamysh Epoch

The weekly journal "Voice of Crimea" published the research proving the Tatar origin of the President of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovych.

"Root of the surname of Yanukovych is the Tatar. His deep roots are Tatar, those, who converted to Christianity and lived on the territory of Russia and Poland. His roots are in Belarus where the Lithuanian princes lodged Tatars. It is noticeable even from Yanukovych's anthropological type", is stated in the newspaper.

The first Tatars appeared on the territory of the Grand Lithuanian Duchy in the XIV-th century, they were soldiers of the Khan Tohtamysh — natives of the Black Sea Coast and of the Crimean peninsula. "Having suffered from civil strifes in the Golden Horde, they asked for a political asylum the Lithuanian prince Vitovt. He hospitably received the Tatars, took them on his military service, allocated good lands in Belarus - Vilenshchina and Minshchina", the author of the article narrates.

He notices that in the list of male Tatar names there is a name of Yangilde that means "The soul came" (in the meaning of "the child was born"). Dialect variants of this name are Yanay, Yanysh, Yanuk.

The surname of Yanukovych, as it states "The Voice of Crimea", belonged to one of Lithuanian Tatars of Yanuk, and its carriers were inhabitants of "small szlachta torture chamber, and nowadays the village of Yanuki of Dokshitsky area". From this settlement even before revolution moved the grandfather of the Present of Ukraine who many years "traveled about in search of earning, until he settled in Donbass".

Separate Compartments for Men and Women to Introduce in each Train

Since May, 30th of this year in each passenger train compartments will be divided on "male" and "female", press-service of "Ukrzaliznytsya" informs.

The state administration of the railway transportation of Ukraine ("Ukrzaliznytsya") since 2006 already tested such system as a part of seven trains. However, the innovation does not mean that from the end of May all compartments in trains will be divided exclusively on "male" and "female". As it is explained in the department press centre, the quantity of "separate" compartments entirely will depend on demand from consumers. For example, as soon as "male" compartment is filled and there is a lonely man who refuses to go with ladies, especially for him is formed new one, and the ticket for which will not be sold to woman. If the passenger does not demand it, he is sent to a mixed compartment. In any case, special wishes will not be reflected in ticket cost in any way.

Here only during the summer period when a stream wishing to leave in a southern direction is especially huge, the system can give failure, "Komsomolskaya Pravda" in Ukraine states. After all, according to the new system to the passengers, refusing to travel in a mixed company, one could not place the fellow traveler of a different sex any more. It turns out that or in a train some compartments will be half-filled, or it is necessary to refuse from separate compartments.

The presence of the given service is very important for the Ukrainian Muslims, as it was stated before. Besides, the system of separate compartments is in demand among other Ukrainian passengers, mainly women. So, according to the press-service of the Odessa railway where such system works since 2002, the tickets sold in separate compartments make 95,8 % from quantity of the offered.

Nowadays it is possible to use this service only by several fast trains, and four of them ply from Odessa to Moscow, Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov, two more — from Kiev to Truskavets and Lvov. The tickets price are at the same level of the usual compartment and it is possible to purchase it, having addressed to the cashier with the corresponding request.

Ukraine is a poly-confessional and a poly-ethnic state and has unique geopolitical position. It is left only to use such resources reasonably and weighed. The religious factor influences a sociopolitical situation more and more. The activity of religious organizations which unite more and more people recently grows. And thank God! Only in the conditions of a free choice and equal rights in the sphere of religion may be realized basis democratic principles.

If in the early nineties the religious situation was marked by the initial euphoria peculiar to transition from one system to another, at the present stage are characteristic the deep and realized spiritual search, constructive interaction of spheres of religion and society. Religious accessory it is not just a simple slogan, but a vital reference point in the tradition reconstruction, without which not no any ethnos or state is possible.

The religious factor always played and will play in Ukraine far not the last role; therefore we bear responsibility for implementation of well-known concepts: tolerance, equality of everyone before the law, democracy. Meaningful dialogue between faiths and the public, first of all, depends on objective knowledge and refusal of stereotypes which occur in the relation of religion. The balance of religious trends is directly connected with policy and economy, and it is possible only at following the principles of constitutionalism and tolerance. Better to say — all of us are different, and we live in Ukraine. We love it, and for the sake of the general prosperity it is necessary for us to co-operate notwithstanding our national, cultural and religious differences. It is necessary not only to speak, but also to learn to hear what the other says. Concerning religions still work stereotypes instead of objective knowledge. Conflicts between faiths: Moscow and Kiev patriarchates, between UOCh MP and USKCh confirm this principle. Ability to refuse from stereotypes and to replace them with their real facts is a quality of a spiritually mature person.

The issue of Islam is more than actual nowadays. I will remind that Islam in the world is one of the most fast-growing according to the number of believing religions. From 191 states of the world in 120 Islam is professed. The population of these countries is young (more than 40 % of the population are younger than 15). As it is supposed, the total population in the Muslim countries should double in 20-25 years. Leading political scientists estimated for a long time the Islamic factor in the world policy, the centers of Islamic studies are created at many universities. In the European Union appeared the Euro Islam phenomenon. As a minimum it means active position of Islamic diaspora in politico-social sphere, as a maximum it is a change of the European culture under the influence of Islamic. In Europe that is called, "they suddenly remembered" because of the problem of lack of knowledge of Islam.

In Ukraine ethnic groups practicing Islam in the past and nowadays take effective part in the process of cultural and political development of the Ukrainian statehood at the present stage. Historically Islam is one of traditional religions of Ukraine, differs by riches of cultural and ethnic characteristics. The modern Islamic population of Ukraine totals approximately 2 million people.

In Lugansk region lives more than 15 thousand Muslims, whose ethnic structure is extremely various. They are the Tatars, the Uzbeks, the Bashkirs, the Kirghiz, the Udmurts, the natives of Azerbaijan, the Chechen Republic, Dagestan, the Muslims who rather recently came to Ukraine from Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia, Algeria. One of significant characteristics of Islam as religious system is ability to integrate national and cultural distinctions, to counterbalance ethnonational divergences, to come to the general arrangement. The great value is given to the society prosperity. A Muslim is obliged to work, to be in good relations with his neighbors, to promote the maximum development of the society.

The mosque in the system of Islam is not only religious, but also the public centre where thanks to the dialogue, the representatives of various traditions find common language, takes place mutual enrichment of traditions, continuity of generations. Moreover, a mosque is an open structure where can also come people of other religious accessory. In Lugansk region operate mosques in Sverdlovsk, Rovenky, Krasniy Luch, Anthracit, Alchevsk, Lugansk, Stakhanov. Nowadays there is conducted the building of the mosque in Lugansk which opening will be the important event in life of Muslims of the region. In this connection it is necessary to note a number of features.

In religious system of Islam it is obligatory to perform fivefold Salat (prayer), established in certain time. For the modern Muslim it is a problem to find time to reach a mosque from a work place, especially because they usually allow to build a mosque somewhere on city suburb. Objectively a mosque should be built in the down town to satisfy religious requirements of many Muslims who are the citizens of Ukraine and according to the Constitution have their full right for this. Moreover, representatives of the government should promote realisation of this right, instead of standing aside or preventing it.

In activity of Islamic communities is realized tolerance principle, since due to accurate system of religious norms and values is reached meaningful dialogue between representatives of various national, cultural, age categories. Unity in variety is one of the features of regional Islam. Recently inter-religious dialogue becomes the actual topic, at the Lugansk regional state administration started to operate the Council of heads of the religious organizations. In many respects, Islam as a religious system, is directed on dialogue with other cultural and religious traditions (the special status in Islam have People of the Holy Scripture, i.e. Christians and Jews), therefore Muslim representatives are always active participants of inter-religious projects, especially in the charity sphere. In Lugansk region the special role is played by a number of Muslim organizations: Al-Bayan in Lugansk, Al-Ikhlas in Sverdlovsk. Here pass constant meetings of Muslims, are realized projects in social sphere, work libraries, are conducted lessons on history, culture of the Islamic world, the Arabic language.

Historically Islam was not supported by the government neither in the Russian empire, nor in the Soviet Union that saved it from excessive politicizing to what results the destructive union of religion and government. In the USSR the religious structures were compelled to serve to interests of the state machinery. Thus, Islam developed original immunity against political extremism. But nowadays it is attached labels of "Islamic terrorism", etc. Frank nonsense! Moreover, Muslim representatives are compelled to constantly explain in mass-media someone's illiteracy, that "Islam and terrorism are mutually exclusive…" It is important to leave justificatory positions! If Islam did not prove itself to be in cooperation with such totalitarian systems which are inherently super-terrorist, why to attribute to it this absurdity now? Terrorism is a crime, first of all, against a person in any sphere — family, work, education and job. Therefore it is more expedient to speak about terrorism in relation to Islam.

The clothes theme concerns Islam realities in the region, in particular — hijab for Muslim women. Nowadays it is fashionable to speak about this problem in France or Germany whereas even in our region this topic is disclosed rather poorly. Hijab emphasizes the special status and rights of a woman in the society, her personal advantage; therefore it is illiterate to consider hijab as an attribute of oppression of a woman. Muslim girls hear at times in the streets rough remarks in their address. At the employment the Islamic clothes causes negative perception and often prevents employment.

Specificity of the legal consciousness is law — if to break the law in one position, automatically comes to a disbalance the whole system. If you break someone's rights, don't be surprised that the mechanism of their protection for you will not operate any more.

Speaking about dialogue of cultural traditions in Lugansk region, it is necessary to mention basic principles of Islam. First of all, an active social position. Really, Islam promotes development of communicative qualities, a compromise — thereby, stimulating necessary features of modern business. Muslims in Lugansk area work on mines and industrial enterprises, trade sphere, sometimes occupy supervising posts. In Muslim families there are a lot of veterans of work. Patience and diligence for a long time became the integral characteristics of Islamic culture which brings up leadership qualities and responsibility that is necessary in all fields of activity. In the region the young generation differs with passivity and disbelief in its own future, or an aggressive position that is a direct consequence of loss of any spiritual traditions. The leader in Islam is the one who can act at his maximum, to bear the maximum responsibility and to worry about others, i.e. works in a team.

Secondly, Islam promotes development of the family institute. In Lugansk area, as well as in Ukraine as a whole, the institute of family undergoes far not the best times that is shown in decrease of birth rate level, the number of young families, whereas in Islam, children is the basic human value, a condition of a healthy society.

Thirdly, in Islam are forbidden all kinds of intoxicating substances. The Islamic culture developed effective remedies on preservation of physical and spiritual integrity of a person. Objectively social experience of Islam can serve as an example for our region and this specificity should be considered in teamwork with Islamic organizations.

The present is connected with globalization process where the one who can fastest adapt for the new information and experience of other cultural systems wins. Only the structure which is opened to innovations survives. By the principle of tradition and innovation should be built modern relations, too.

Opened First Crimean branch of Virtual Museum "Larichesse"

On December, 26th, in the village of Aybar (Voykovo), area of Dzhurchi (Pervomayskiy), took place opening of the first Crimean branch of a virtual museum "Larichesse" (France).

The Voykovsky museum "Aybar" settled down in the building of the former rural office. Among its exhibits are reproductions of pictures and lithographs with images of life of the Crimeans in the XVIII – XIX centuries.

"Aybar" became the first rural museum opened within the limits of the project "History started to talk". Realization of initiated by "Larichesse" project began with creation of rural museums which as it is planned, in their turn will create galleries in nearby villages. It is supposed that the galleries and museums will carry names of villages which they had before renaming in 1945.

The student of the faculty of the Crimean-Tatar and Turkish philology of Crimean engineering-pedagogical university Said Baltabaev became the initiator of opening of a branch of the virtual museum in Aybar.

In the museum opening day, the exhibition "Crossing of various cultures in the Crimean village in the end of the XVIII - the middle XIX centuries" was presented to the visitors, who had an opportunity to get familiar with reproductions of pictures and lithographs of the European and Russian artists – H.Geyssler, G.Pauli, O.Raffe, K.Bossoli, E.Korneeva, who in various times traveled across Crimea and displayed their impressions in invaluable for the modern Crimeans artworks. Originals of all presented works are stored in the funds of "Larichesse". The pictures give chance to get imagination about life of inhabitants of Crimea two centuries ago, and also to see representatives of the numerous ethnoses occupying the peninsula at that time, – the Crimean Tatars, the Greeks, the Russians, the Ukrainians, the Germans, the Chuvashs, the Estonians, – in their national suits.

Museum work

The purpose of the museum "Aybar" is revival of the cultural life of village, inculcation of interest and love to culture and history of Crimea at rural youth, and also contribution to creation of conditions for comprehensive investigation of the history of villages of Pervomayskiy district and steppe Crimea. On the basis of the museum is planned carrying out of open lessons, seminars, conferences and other actions, devoted to history, culture, literature and art of Crimea as a whole.

Employees of the museum will be trained in the Museum of history and culture of the Crimean Tatars of the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve (BHCR). In the future is supposed studying in France.

The museum will be definitively registered after the end of consultations of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture of the French Republic and full legalization of the Museum "Larichesse" in Ukraine.

Financing of "Aybar" opening was carried out partially by the museum "Larichesse", partially by the Crimean Tatars living in France and Crimea. In particular, the premise for the Aybar museum was redeemed by local businessman Riza Seydaliev. He gave the museum in free usage of halls for expositions by the area of 45 sq.m. Besides it, premises for storage of exhibits and archive were provided, too.

Modern technologies

Having arisen in the beginning of the XXI century, the museum "Larichesse" actively uses the most modern communication media. In particular, more than 1000 exhibits on history of Crimea were bought by the museum in 35 countries of the world by means of the Internet. Besides, by means of the Internet, all contacts between France and Crimea under the program of opening of rural museums are carried out, too. Also during museum opening through the Internet, by means of Skype program, visitors could hear and see the project head, the director of the museum "Larichesse", Guliver Altyn.

The invitation of visitors by means of SMS became an interesting innovation in the museum practice: on the occasion of opening of the museum 110 SMS were sent to inhabitants of Aybar village. It is also planned the use of this form of notification and communication in the further.

Inquiry. The virtual museum "Larichesse" (French for "wealth") was created in 2004 by Guliver Altyn– the Crimean Tatar, who left to France from Crimea in 2001. The private collection of materials on the history of Crimea became the museum basis, bought by G.Altyn in 30 countries of Europe, Asia and Americas at the Internet auctions. For five years of its existence, the museum collected almost 1000 exhibits (books of 1552-1935 years, engravings, lithographs with views of Crimea and its inhabitants of 1535-1944, maps of 1550-1940 years, subjects of life of the Crimean Tatars of XVII - the beginning of XX centuries).

Since 2005 the collection has its own site - http://www.larichesse.com/. The collection "Larichesse" consists of the library "Larichesse" and various galleries.

In April 2009 at the museum was created the research laboratory (the head is Nariman Abdulvaap). The laboratory collects and studies works of literature, science and art of Crimea and the Crimean Tatars of the period of the XIII-XIX centuries, forms scientific library.

On May, 1st, 2009, the collection "Larichesse" started repayment of the copies of works of the Crimean scientists and the poets stored in archives of Turkey. In parallel, there is conducted the work with catalogues, including electronic, the Crimean funds and archives of Europe, Russia, Turkey and the USA. The unique information about the location of hundreds of manuscripts of the Crimean scientists, poets, historians of the XIII-XIX centuries, and also a large quantity of documents of the period of the Crimean Khanate is collected. Shortly, within the limits of the laboratory is planned the edition of the handbook – "encyclopedia of names" of poets, writers, scientific, seminary students and public figures of Crimea of the XIII-XIX centuries.

Investments under Shariat Laws

The countries of the Arabic world can become strategic investors in Ukraine. Not so long time started work on comprehending of bases of this cooperation. The basic requirement of the Arabic investors is that affairs should be conducted under laws which correspond to Shariat rules of law.

In May of the current year in Kuwait took place the first Ukrainian-Arabian conference on issue of investment appeal of domestic economy for the countries of the Arabian world. "Ukraine received more than 100 million dollars from the Arabian investors. The involved means are concentrated, mainly, in private sector, as government programs still demand to a certain extent rationing and completion to apply for such investments", one of initiators of idea of the Ukrainian-Arabian investment cooperation — the assistant to the head of committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine concerning the tax and customs policy Konstantin Bondarev told to "The Day" newspaper.

And already in October Ukraine received representatives of business of the Arabian countries. In the conference on a theme "Investment prospects in Ukraine" participated representatives of embassies of Kuwait, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Oman and Jordan. These Arabian partners are strategically more attractive to the Ukrainian business. After all, according to the laws of Shariat they cannot lend money. That is it is a question not of business crediting, but of real economic activities. Partners not only divide incomes, but also divide risks of business. Moreover, the Arabian investor does not pursue the aim to buy a control part of actions in the business capital.

"If you wish to create common business — address us. We are open for cooperation. The only requirement is that affairs should be conducted under laws which correspond to our rules of law, the director of the company Shariah Solutins, the well-known expert of Shariat and Islamic financing Sheikh Haytham Tamim says. — We are not limited in directions of cooperation with Ukraine. The only thing is that we do not finance alcoholic, tobacco industry and all derivative branches, we do not give money for gaming promotion. After all it is forbidden by Shariat laws".

Nowadays, the basic directions over which the Ukrainian business within the limits of adjustment of the Ukrainian-Arabian investment cooperation works, are agriculture and food industry, bank services, transport, tourism and innovative technologies in building. However, according to the vice-president of group of companies Al-Bader International Development Mahrous Besiso, other branches of Ukrainian industry are also interesting enough to investments, and will be carefully investigated. The Arabian investors already study the Ukrainian legislation and possibilities of its adapting to Islamic financial system.

Different View on Events in Crimea

Wide enough resonance got recent events in Crimea, connected with arrest of so-called Islamic extremists from a marginal grouping "Takfir wal-Hijra". Their arresting and withdrawal the weapon and literature became exemplary-significant. It was shown on all central television channels, about it wrote mass-media, it was argued on fashionable talk shows. The official version of events and "plans of extremists" was stated, too. All is good, but we, Muslims of Ukraine, still have more questions than answers.

First of all, we were strongly saddened by statements that these events displayed flash of "Islamic extremism". Certainly, we recognize, that among Muslims there are criminal elements. But gangsterism, extremism, terrorism and other "isms" have no relation to the world religion of Islam. About it we are going to speak now.

Secondly, we expected such successions of events, though in our souls we hoped that politicians will have enough prudence not to play "an Islamic card" in their interests. Why we expected it? Even in the spring of this year representatives of this small marginal grouping arranged a quarrel among themselves in Crimea, and as a result of it two persons were wounded from fire-arms . The message about it scattered instantly. We were very surprised when law enforcement bodies undertook nothing for detention of all followers of "Takfir wal-Hijra". And after all even in the spring the issue of "Takfir" could be closed. As it did not happen, Muslims understood the following: someone postponed this till more suitable time. And here this "suitable" time comes - started presidential "races". With shine and pathos they started to detain "dangerous extremists" who were allowed to stay in freedom for half a year!

Strange "extremists" they are... In Ukraine there are not so many Muslims, about 2 % of the population of the country. At such insignificant quantity it is no wonder that we know much about each other. And so, among Muslims there is a firm belief that "Takfir" are no more than gangsters and criminals justifying their acts by messianic slogans about their selectivity and not being of jurisdiction of mundane authorities. All this is just a screen. So they justify their crimes in relation to Muslims. And we do not trust them, since, as we know, the Holy Quran reads, "If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him" (The Holy Quran, 4:93). Now you understand, what kind of Muslims are they, if they shot at their fellow brothers in religion.

In Islam to kill someone extrajudicially is strictly forbidden, even if crimes of the person are obvious and demand the most strict punishment. I wish to inform you that Islam is not lawlessness. Islam is law and a strict order. According to Shariat, even military criminals are not judged extrajudicially. Criminals are judged according to the law, and they have the right for protection. And to kill just like that is not Islam, it is obviously criminal.

"If in the sky stars light up, it means that someone needs it", a classical author said. Here we, Muslims of Ukraine, think that these overdue arrests, these unexpected occurrences on screens of members of various groupings are very necessary to someone. On their exposures and arrests it is possible to make a very good public PR company — certainly, in their political interests. Perhaps they are even "grown up" and "lured", "to be sacrificed" in suitable time? And fellow Muslims, who, as well as 90% of our fellow citizens, hardly make ends meet, suffer, live and work, bring up children, keep faithful to their faith and traditions, and then for the reasons, not dependent on them, become derelicts.

Activity of separate persons which ostensibly shelter themselves behind Islamic slogans, harm first of all Muslims. Mass-media spread Islamphobia to please certain political forces, and the shade falls on a good name of Islam and Muslims of Ukraine. For 18 years of independence we did not have any Islamic extremism — and suddenly it was "made". Probably, indeed these elections will be the dirtiest for all history of the country.
