The Moslems are still settling down and they do not have a possibility to collect such funds in the community. However, a land plot for construction is allocated, a building is designed” – the town council’s head told. He added: “We talked about this and they gave the go-ahead to this matter. They established the initiative group that has collected money now”.</p><p>“We want to lay the foundation by arrival of the Turkish delegation. A worker’s trailer is already established and we shall install electrical equipment. The Moslem community entered into an agreement with a contractor” – S.
