President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko ordered to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to work out and affirm the program of providing the citizens from the number of deportees on the basis of nationality and their descendants with land territories.

This is stated in the decree “About additional measures concerning securing the rights of citizens who indwell on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for land”, published on the official web-page of the head of the state, informs UNIAN.

Moreover, the President ordered to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take urgent measures concerning solving problematic questions which appear in the course of getting by citizens, indwelling on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea right for the land and to form for that, in particular, corresponding commission in one-week term. This commission should include members of the Cabinet of Ministers, Apparatus of Council of National Security and Defense, Secretariat of the President, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Agrarian Policy, State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine, Council of Ministers of Crimea, Ukrainian Agrarian Academy of Sciences and representatives of social organizations which act on the territory of the Autonomous Republic.

The head of the state ordered to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and Security Service of Ukraine to carry out urgent measures to reveal offences in the sphere of getting and realizing by the citizens living on the territory of the Autonomous Republic Crimea their right for land territories.

Council of Ministers of Crimea is obliged in one month term to work out and affirm the program on providing the inhabitants from the number of deportees on the basis of nationality and their descendants who came back for permanent indwelling in Ukraine and earlier did not get land territories for house-building, with land territories for their needs according to sizes, defined by land legislation and to take measures on cessation of right of usage of land territories which are used in discord to their purpose or the term of usage of which is finished.
