On 13 November, during the celebration of Mustafa Dzhemilev’s 75th anniversary, Deputy Mufti Edgar Devlikamov awarded him on behalf of Mufti of RAMU “Umma" Said Ismagilov. 

— On the occasion of the 75th birthday, let me congratulate you on behalf of the Musti and the Ukrainian Muslims, and read out this order: “For his long and devoted service to Ukraine and Ukrainian Muslims? For your considerable input in reviving the Crimean Tatar spiritual, national, religious and cultural traditions, and also on the occasion of his 75th birthday — I order to award the Leader of the Crimean Tatars, Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for the Affairs of Crimean Tatars, MP Mustafa Dzhemilev with a medal “For Devotion to Islam and Ukraine”/ Mufti of RAMU “Umma” Sheikh Said Ismagilov”.

Noteworthy, Medal “For Devotion to Islam and Ukraine” was instituted at the proposal of Ukrainian Muslims Military Chaplains during the General Assembly of RAMU “Umma” Communities in 2016. The first one to be awarded with the Medal was the People’s Artist of Ukraine Femiy Mustafaev, for his volunteering and humanitarian work and supporting the Ukrainian Army during the war.
