Islamic University will be opened on the territory of the Zıncırlı madrasah, which is placed in Bağçasaray (Bakhchisarai), said the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of Crimean Tatar people Refat Çubar today on the opening ceremony of the World Congress of the Crimean Tatars (WCCT).

He said that after Zıncırlı madrasah will be restored, it will be used as a museum. There also will be located the office of the Religious Administration of the Crimean Moslems.

Moreover, there will be build the Islamic University, which will provide the researches of Islam and the history of the Crimea, QHA informs.

The 1st Deputy Chairman also added that the University will be an opportunity to prepare imams for the Crimean mosques.
