The Israeli governmental bureau on communications with the Russian-speaking public "Nativa" organized in Gertsliya – within the precincts of private high school - a forum for the so-called “young leaders of the Jewish diaspora” Ukraine, Russia and the USA. The forum activity is directed on preparation of young lobbyists of the aggressive policy of "Israel".

All participants of this forum, according to IzRus, are significant enough figures in their communities, people with high level of influence and education: journalists, PR managers, lawyers, teachers at the age from 24 to 35 years. They were carefully selected among many hundreds wishing to take part in the given project. The basic attention was given to a personal involvement of each candidate into the processes connected with mutual relations of Zionist formation with these countries, and also readiness to incur an active role in development of the pro-Israeli lobby.

In the forum participate well-known Zionist politicians: the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Liberman, the Minister of Propagation and Diaspora July Edelshtain , the chairman of the Jewish agency Sohnut Natan Scharansky, influential Russian-speaking lobbyist Boris Krasnyy and others. On December, 14th, “young Jewish leaders” were acquainted with Israeli army, and it is strategy of war with "terrorism".

During the seminar the participants of the forum discussed the problems rise "Israel" before diaspora communities. The purpose is definition of modern tendencies in relations to Israel and searches of new channels of influence of the Jewish communities.

Let's notice that "Nativa" more than once declared without ceremony that its primary goal is to create through lobbyists of diaspora favorable atmosphere for continuation of the Israeli aggressive policy. The basic centre of its interests is, first of all, politicians and officials of Russia, Ukraine, the USA and other countries where there is a “Russian-speaking Jewish” public.
