On Saturday, March, 20th, in the Lugansk Cultural Centre took place a seminar under the title "Virtues of a Muslim family". On the action were present more than 50 women from eleven cities of Lugansk area and Donetsk.

As the audience was especially female, lecturers paid attention to features of the Muslim wife, her rights and obligations, education of children.

The chairman of the Donbass branch of the AUASO "Аlraid" Hamza Isa gave some vivid examples from life of female companions of the Prophet. He in details told about the first wife of the Messenger of Allah – Hadija. Though she was a rich woman and the age difference between her and the Prophet made 15 years, but when she converted to Islam, she became the obedient wife, mother of the believers.

The following lecture was devoted to education of children in the spirit of Islam. Since early years at children are developed the spiritually-moral values and character, therefore Islam pays special attention to correct and gradual education of children. The example of parents is very important; after all, they are role-models for children.

In the course of the last lecture the Imam of the mosque of the Lugansk Cultural Centre Muhammad Al-Ustaz discussed rights and duties of the wife in a Muslim family. Having started his performance with Hadith, "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock", he noticed that as the man is in full responsibility for his family, his noble wife is in responsibility for education of children, rest and order in the house. For these things the wife will first of all will be asked by Allah in the Judgment Day.

In the Muslim family reign love and respect. The relations between spouses are built on the basis love to Allah and belong only to the Almighty. The family where is brought up the highly moral person, is that basis thanks to which the successful society is built.
