On Friday, September, 24th, before juma-namaz (a Friday afternoon congregational prayer of Muslims) in all mosques of Crimea was carried out a prayer in the memory of the great son of the Crimean-Tatar people, the educator, the publisher and the politician Ismail Gasprinsky.

The organizer of divine services was the Religious Administration of Muslims of Crimea.

The spiritual leader of Muslims of Crimea Hajji Emirali Ablaev informed on it the news agency QHA.

According to the Mufti, worships took place in honor of the 96th anniversary from the date of death of the great educator.

Moreover, in the walls of the Khan-Dzhami that is in Bakhchisarai, there also took place a special action – in the memory of Ismail Gasprinsky was read the sura of the Holy Quran "Yasin".
