Orta Juma Jami Mosque Is Now Officially Open

On August 16, the official opening of the Orta-Jami Mosque took place place (town of Bakhchisaray, 61 Lenin Str.) after almost 95 years of abandon. Orta Jami is a listed building of XVIII century restored at the private cost of Hajji Enver-aga Umerov and his sons Aslan and Rustem.
After the grand opening ceremony everybody could perform the Friday prayer within the newly-reconstructed mosque.
