First the lyrics in Crimean Tatar language will sound within the walls of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The well-known Crimean Tatar poet and writer, member of the Crimean Literary Academy Ablâziz Veli informed about this the QHA.

Particularly, poet stressed he is invited to the Ukrainian Parliament by initiative of several deputies in order to acquaint with life of the Crimean Tatars through his works reflected the past and future of the Crimean Tatar people. His performance will on 25th of December this year at 2 p.m. Ablâziz Veli will recite his lyrics that “respire by Crimea and love for the Crimean Tatar people” before deputies’ audience for half an hour. As well known, MP Oles Donii’s bill on restoration of the Crimean historical toponymy was recently registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. “It was aroused much interest among MPs. And my recitation is as some prolongation of the Crimean and Crimean Tatar subject matters” – poet summarized.

Moreover, he imparted he will give as present his posies to the Library of the VR of Ukraine as well as translations from Crimean Tatar so that “MPs have first-hand knowledge of the Crimean Tatars and they can familiarize themselves with their cultural heritage”.
