"Also we were forbidden to buy a ready mayonnaise as in some factories at manufacturing of the given product are added various fats and flavorings. Therefore to produce mayonnaise we should use our own products and technology on the place ", G.Kurnos explained.
As the source marks, in the ceremony of handing of the certificate took part the representative of the Spiritual Management of Muslims of Crimea Imam Niyazi from Kebir Dzhami who before delivery prayed to Allah, and Enver Sary handed the certificate to the founders of the cafe "Marrakesh".
Iinquiry. "Halal" (elal - the Crimean-Tatar) is the standard Muslim term of permission, antonym to the term of "haram", designating forbidden.
Generally Muslims use this term in all reality situations (choosing food, in process of eating, choosing sources of incomes, in trade, at clothes choice, having rest, in mutual relations in a family, with neighbors, at worship to the Almighty, etc.).
