‘Focus’ magazine has made a list of the top of the ‘200 of the most influential Ukrainians’ of 2009. This list has included the Crimean residents and as the most influential is recognized the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Djemilev.
Thus, the Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the MP of Ukraine (Our Ukraine–People's Self-Defence Bloc) Mustafa Djemilev is on the 61th place. The First Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the President of the World Congress of the Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov is given the 81th place by the list makers.
The Mufti of the Crimean Muslims Emirali Ablayev is on the 94th place of the list rating, news agency QHA informs.
The Deputy Minister of the Interior Ministry, the Crimean militia Chief, MP (Our Ukraine–People's Self-Defence Bloc) Henadii Moskal is on the 97th place.
The Crimean Speaker Anatolii Hrytsenko is on the 103rd place. The Crimean Communist leader Leonyd Hrach is on the 122nd position and the Aqyar’s (Sevastopil) City State Administration Head Serhii Kunytsyn is on the 126th place.
Traditionally, the ‘Focus’ estimates the influence relying on such criteria, as: involvement in policy decision-making, ties of relationship or the availability to be well-connected, on the business scale.
