On September, 28th, in the city of Saki took place solemn ceremony of opening of a new medrese at the city mosque which building was finished with financial support of maecenas from Turkey. On it is informed on the official site of the Religious Administration of Muslims of Crimea.
The first word on the action was given to the Mufti of Muslims of Crimea Hajji Emirali Ablaev who told about difficulties which were faced at building of the medrese and about how joyful became the opening. In the end of the speech he congratulated all Saki citizens on this significant event.
Mayor of Saki O.V.Kluy who acted next noticed that the Crimean Tatars, as well as the whole population in the city, live in peace and consent, and that between the city power and local Mejlis and the Muslim community there are warm, confidential relations. He assured all gathered, that in the future this cooperation will proceed and will bear fruits.
Imam of the Saki region Ebilusein efendi Murat, having congratulated all gathered with opening of the medrese, recollected, how in the days of his childhood not only building was not authorized, but also collapsed operating medrese, and noticed that nowadays there was a fine possibility for studying of Islamic religion by the Crimean-Tatar youth.
The chairman of Muslim communities of Saki region Seitasan Asanov told about the history of medrese building and emphasized that in the business of the medrese opening big contribution made the city authorities.
"Medrese building is finished", — he said, — "now our task is to educate in it our children. We address to the compatriots living in more than 70 villages of our region: send your children at the medrese, let them learn bases of our religion and serve for the good of their people".
Zevdzhet Kurtumerov, the head of the Saki regional Mejlis, and others congratulated all the present with the medrese opening and known poet Sheryan Ali recited the new poem named by him "Medrese".
The action which started with a prayer was finished also by a prayer.
After that the gathered performed namaz, and then all interested persons walked along medrese and examined its rooms.
Equipped with all necessary for study and calculated for 20 students, new Saki medrese made upon all visitors unforgettable impression.
