The president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych personally supervises issues connected with arrangement before deported citizens. On it journalists were informed by the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov in Simferopol on May, 17th.
"The president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych incurred obligations that he takes all problems under his personal control", Vladimir Konstantinov stated.
He noticed that Ukraine, the only of the CIS countries, bears all weight on arrangement of repatriates, providing civilization and absence of conflict of this process. "The Crimean Tatars cannot have claims to the Ukrainian state", the speaker considers.
Vladimir Konstantinov is sure that all social and economic problems of the deported (the Crimean Tatars, the Armenians, the Bulgarians, the Germans, etc) will be solved, as for this purpose there is a political will.
The speaker believes that the greatest part of problems of repatriates could be solved in the last five years, however the third President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko disappointed hopes of the Crimean Tatars.
In his turn, the chairman of the Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe Mevlut Chavushoglu, who visited Crimea on the threshold of 66th anniversary of Deportation, welcomed V.Jankovich's signing of the degree on additional measures concerning arrangement of the Crimean Tatars.
M.Chavushoglu hopes that the decree "will serve as the beginning of the new and positive chapter" in social, economic and political life of the Crimean Tatars in Ukraine.
As it was informed earlier, Victor Yanukovych, in particular, charged to the Cabinet of Ukraine to accelerate the statement of the concept of the state ethno national policy and the program of arrangement of the Crimean Tatars and others deported on a national sign till 2015 and to analyze performance of the regulatory legal acts directed on arrangement of repatriates.
