At the meeting carried at the Governor Building of Kherson, the committee’s work plan for the region has discussed. Besides, members of the Ukrainian Parliament Human Rights Committee discussed the problems faced by Crimean residents and internal refugees who had to move to the main part of Ukraine from occupied Crimea.

National leader of the Crimean Tatars, Ukrainian Deputy Mustafa Jemilev, President of the Crimean Tatar National Assembly (Majlis) Refat Cubarov, Deputy of Ukraine, Vice President of Majlis Ahtem Ciygoz, Delegate of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people, Ukrainian Deputy Rustem Umerov, Ukrainian deputies Taras Tarasenko and Oleksiy Kuznetsov, Permanent Representative of Ukraine for Crimea Anton Korinevic, United Nations Development Program Representative for Ukraine Dafina Gercheva and representatives from the various human rights organizations have attended to the mentioned meeting.
