There are number of difficulties of returning the religious buildings to Muslim communities of Crimea. QHA correspondent was reported about it by the Assistant Mufti of Crimea Hayder Ismail.
'There were 1700 mosques until we were deported of which there are only 10 mosques at the present. However, of the returning question we are faced with problems at the local level' - H. Ismail said.
According to him, in spite of the presidential decree of returning the religious objects to religious communities but authorities find a lot of reasons do not to execute the decree at the local level.
'In spite of the fact, there are archival documents confirm the ownership of some buildings to the religious, historical ones, they are sold and privatized, in connection with the returning these constructions become more difficult' - the Assistant Mufti of Crimea noted.
