The State Committee of Ukraine for Nationalities and Religions (SCNR) has elaborated and submitted draft governmental resolution “Of approval of the Conception of governmental programme of resettlement of the formerly deported Crimean Tatars and persons of another ethnicities who return to residence in Ukraine, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society to period to 2015” to consideration of the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine.
QHA is informed about this by the SCNR Deputy Head Yusuf Qurqchi on March 2.
According to him, as an aim of this programme is to settle complex of issues for rise of living standard, social and economical development as well as cultural development of the formerly deported persons (FDP). Thus, the programme should assist to guaranteeing of FDP by housing and civil engineering infrastructure as well as to increasing of number of educational and public health institutions and upgrading of their facilities.
“Also the programme provides for social and cultural measures for rebirth of spiritual life of the FDP, protection of their ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious origin”, - stressed Mr. Y. Qurqchi.
