The chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Valery Khoroshkovsky considers that in Crimea there are some problems connected with Muslims, and in this direction the main thing is "not to work on opposition". He stated about it in his interview to the edition "Interfax-Ukraine".

"I am sure that it is possible to find reasonable things in common. And in this case radicalism is not useful to b oth parties. Neither for the Crimean-Tatar population which conducts self-capture of territories, nor for the government which does not possess enough resources for their arrangement for the present day", the newspaper "Today" quotes the head of the special service.

In his opinion, in this direction it is necessary to search for compromises and learn to agree. "I consider that process of social and economic, political involving is more productive, than conflicts. They are the same citizens of our country, high-grade participants of all processes. Escalation, any extremism only deepens a problem, instead of solving it", Khoroshkovsky considers.

As he said, nowadays in Ukraine the degree of threat of separatism is low, however separatism elements are present, as there is also an influence of some foreign states which, anyhow, try to use them for achievement of their purposes.
