The fifth conference of imams of the Qarasubazar (Bilohirsk) region will be held in Qarasubazar on July 10.
The conference is organized by the Religious Administration of Muslims of Crimea (Muftiyat). It aims to optimize activities of the Muslim communities and make more active local religious communities.
As the Assistant Mufti of Crimean Muslims, Ayder Ismailov, has said to QHA reporter, the meeting is to be attended by imams, heads of Muslim communities, members of the regional majlis, deputies, NGOs and Crimean Tatar officials.
“Optimization of the Muslim communities is carried out in order to make them more quality to serve their people, the Muslims of Crimea,” Mr. Ismailov stressed.
As reported, the Muftiyat has already held such conferences in Or-Qapu (Krasnoperekopskoe), Saq (Saky), Dzhurchi (Pervomaiskoe) and Qurman (Krasnohvardiyskoe) and scheduled next ones in Kefa (Feodosiya) and Islam-Terek (Kirovsk) for the second half of July.
