On 30 April, Kyiv Islamic Cultural Centre distributed 300 grocery packs. This benefit was initiated by the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Ukraine, who provided 300 boxes, each containing sunflower oil, sugar, rice, flour and pasta.

The Islamic Cultural Centre added potatoes, onions, oranges and bananas, along with Ramadan special, a 5kg box of dates, to each of those packs.

The list of receivers included needy Muslim families and families who lost their income (or a considerable part of it) due to COVID-19 quarantine. Besides, 5 such grocery packs were delivered to a hospice taking care of lonely elderly people, with another 5 delivered to the Centre of Social Aid.
