In the Religious Administration of Muslims of Crimea they plan to reconsider Muslim religious communities and to discharge imams who contrary to the decision of the Muftiyat on celebrating of Oraza Bayram on September, 9th, carried out a festive prayer one day later. The given decision was accepted at the meeting of the Council of Religious Communities of Muslims of Crimea which took place on September, 15th, in Akmesdzhit (Simferopol).

As it is marked in the decision which text is published on the official site of the Religious Administration, imams who did not carry out a prayer in the day declared by the Muftiyat of Crimea, will be released from their posts. And the Muslim communities, which members did not prevent the similar initiative and appeared passive witnesses of infringement of the decision of the Muftiyat and the order, should be subjected to revision and re-elected.

As it noted the Mufti of Muslims of Crimea Hajji Emirali Ablaev in his comment to the news agency QHA, at the present moment are studied the cases of carrying out of namaz not on 9th, but on 10th of September, and on these imams and communities measures will be taken.

Moreover, in the Council decision it is also stated that "the persons belonging to any party or trend – Hizbut-Tahrir, Wahhabites, Salafites, Habashites and other sects, and also those who adhere to views of these trends or approve their activity, cannot become chairmen of Muslim communities, imams, members of communities and cannot be a part of the Muftiyat". Similar persons at revealing will be immediately discharged of posts.

As it informs QHA referring to the Muftiyat for now the legal mechanism of performance of these decisions is unknown. Nowadays it is decided how to realize the Council decisions.

Let us notice that the rigid attitude of the RAMC - the higher Islamic spiritual body of Crimea, in the issue of insubordination of separate imams and communities to its decisions, is directed on achievement of unity among the Crimean Muslims.

As it goes in the Holy Scripture, "O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you". (The Holy Quran, 4:59)
