The first deputy of the chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean-Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, declared that certain political forces intentionally undertake actions directed on activation in Crimea of supporters of radical movements, such as "Hizb ut-Tahrir" to disintegrate the Crimean-Tatar community and to stimulate on the peninsula anti-Muslim and anti-Crimean-Tatar moods. R.Chubarov stated this opinion in the comment to the news agency "Context-Crimea".

Thus the politician noticed that this activation "wonderfully" coincides with aggravation of political situation in Crimea on the eve of elections.

According to R.Chubarov, the aggravation of the situation is a consequence of the co-coordinated commands of certain political forces which wish to receive political dividends at the expense of it.

"I already said before, and today I assert again that leaders of such radical organizations as "Hizb ut-Tahrir", and even more radical sect as "Takfir", these leaders are manipulated. They are manipulated by forces from the outside, and can be operated by certain political parties in Ukraine", he declared.

The vice-president of the Mejlis also considers that inactivity of the Crimean authorities in the decision of religious questions of Muslims in Crimea is "an objective condition for radicalization of some believers". So, as an example R.Chubarov gave a situation with land allocation for building of the Cathedral mosque in Simferopol.

"Delaying throughout many years the decision of an issue on the mosque building is already perceived by many Muslims as intended. Such behavior of the authorities says not only about obvious ignoring of requirements of citizens of Ukraine – Muslims, but also about their obvious counteraction to one of faiths of the peninsula", he noted.

The next manipulation

As to the statement of the Central Administrative Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Crimea that radical organization "Таkfir" prepared lists on physical destruction of those interfering distribution of its ideology, including the figures who are enjoying authority among the Crimean-Tatar community, the vice-president of the Mejlis considers that the statements should be supported by concrete facts, so they would not be treated as provocation.

"As to the statements concerning that the leaders of organization "Таkfir" declared the Holy War, Jihad, against all unbelievers and there are lists in which are included authoritative people among Muslims and the Crimean-Tatars, in general, is a very serious statement. But it should be necessarily confirmed by the concrete facts not treat it as one of possible manipulations", R.Chubarov noted.

He also declared that considers it necessary that such lists would be published.

"I would ask those who established that these lists exist, that they have published them", the vice-president of the Mejlis emphasized.

As it was stated before, in the Central Administrative Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea declared that inactivity of the Crimean authorities in a question of penetration, organization and legalization on peninsula of radical sects and organizations can lead to destabilization of the international peace in Crimea.
