On January, 27th in Islamabad in the Embassy of Ukraine took place ceremony of signing of the Agreement on scientific cooperation between the Ukrainian institute of zoology of I.I.Shmalgauzen and Ukrainian entomological society with Peshawar Agricultural University.
As it the informs the press-service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during negotiations of the Ambassador of Ukraine in Pakistan Igor Pas'ko with the head of the specified Pakistan university professor Said Halili, was emphasized the necessity of expansion of spheres of cooperation between Ukraine and Pakistan in agro-industrial manufacture, development of the general projects on selection of plants, use of modern methods of increase of crops, agricultural products manufacture, etc.
In cooperation long-term plans between the Ukrainian and the Pakistani partners are exchange of scientific workings out, adjustment of practice of exchange by students and teachers, and also creation of conditions for improvement of professional skill of experts in agricultural sphere.
Let's remind that in October of the last year Ukraine and Pakistan signed the Agreement on trade and economic cooperation between the governments of the two countries.
