In the Islamic Cultural Centre of Vinnitsa the All-Ukraine Female Committee of "Аlraid" together with the Social Organization "Al-Isra" carried out the fourth seminar-training for Muslim women, striving to be active in the female collective work in the Islamic centers.
The seminar became continuation of a cycle of the actions directed on perfection of spiritual individual qualities and to ability to embody one's ideas practically.
Ustaz Alaiddin Algarbawi strived to remind to the active workers of that responsibility which they bear before God. Participants, listening to each of his words, tried to remember all his advices and manuals.
The Mufti of the SMMU "Ummah" Said Ismagilov paid attention of women to their duties for the improvement of position of Muslims in Ukraine and accordingly in the whole Muslim society. He repeatedly confirmed that the problems of Muslims, their mistakes lead to contention and disagreements in the Muslim Ummah.
Isra Sharaf in her reference to sisters told and prompted how it is possible to be active and successful in everything: in the family, in the centre and studying. She offered effective techniques of fast reading, eidetic and time management that can help with the organization of time.
The second day of the seminar was devoted to the training on planning which was held by the guest from Kiev – the manager of department on public relations of "Alraid" Olga Fryndak. Its purpose was in helping sisters with the organization of collective work and correct distribution of tasks set. Active discussion in groups ended with representation of plans and interesting ideas. Converting to Islam of one of frequent visitors of the Vinnitsa Islamic Centre became the culmination of the action and the best gift for organizers of the seminar.
