Uzbek TV shoots documentary of life of Crimean Tatar diaspora

The State Television of Uzbekistan has recently shot the documentary short film “Vatan duygusı” (Sense of Motherland) of life of the Crimean Tatar diaspora in Uzbekistan. This disclosed to QHA by the head of the Tashkent cultural and educational centre “Avdet” Nusret Djemilev.

According to him, the film crew travelled over all places of the Crimean Tatars’ inhabitation in Uzbekistan.

This documentary is the second one of the Crimean Tatar people that was shot by the Uzbekistani TV. Film duration is 13 minutes. The first such documentary was shot in 1980s. The State TV Channel will show this short film at the middle of February and then it will be demonstrated in Crimea too.
